NSDV Appoints A Principal Environment Specialist (EAP) To Enhance Their Specialist Legal Offering

With more than 13 years’ experience in environmental management and consultancy, Le Roux joins NSDV to head-up, lead, and grow the Environmental Department.

Minnette has extensive environmental management experience in the industrial, construction, agriculture, and mining sectors. She will work closely with the mining and environmental legal team to ensure compliance and advise clients on the practical side of environmental regulation.

Minnette is a registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) and a registered Professional Natural Scientist (Pr.Sci.Nat) in the fields of Environmental and Conservation Science. She also serves as a board member of the Environmental Assessment Practitioner Association of South Africa (EAPASA), chairperson of the EAPASA Registration Committee, member of the EAPASA Quality and Standards Committee, and a member of the International Association of Impact Assessment South Africa (IAIAsa).
